Cloud Connect is a component of Veeam Software that enables the connectivity between your network and our Veeam Cloud Service network. It gives you the ability to securely transfer data via SSL encryption without needing any additional connection such as a VPN.

It is important to note, that your data is fully encrypted at all times, such as when in transit between networks and when stored on our servers.

Veeam Cloud Connect connectivity is built into most Veeam backup products, so there is no additional licensing cost.

We offer two Veeam Cloud Connect packages, shared and dedicated.

The Shared service shares the storage on one of our physical servers and maintains security via encryption whereby even we cannot access your data.

Our Dedicated service is hosted on a custom built server hosting your data only, with your required storage capacity and hardware requirements, which is fully upgradeable as your storage needs grow.

One of the key features of our dedicated package is that we allow free 14 day hosting of your entire network on our hosted office platform in the event of an emergency, allowing to restore your business to full working capacity in hours.

Our dedicated service also allows IP access restrictions to be implemented if required.
